This spotlight features Kristy Hood. Kristy has been volunteering with Felidae since May 2023 as a social media and outreach volunteer. She enjoys educating the public about wild cats and reading the latest news articles or research papers. Kristy's passion is in reproductive biology and has previously worked as a wildlife endocrinologist and reproductive biologist, which led her to volunteering with Felidae. One of Kristy's favorite wild cat species is the ocelot.

Do You Have 2-4 Hours A Month To Preserve Your Local Ecosystem?

Our volunteers are the driving force behind making true change in ecosystem health and wild cat conservation. Some like to volunteer in the field, others help us maintain our online presence, and some work with events. With just a few hours a month, you can make a difference, too.
