Ally Nauer

Ally is a Junior Environmental Science major at the University of Portland. After college, she intends to attend graduate school to obtain a degree in conservation biology, specializing in cat conservation.

Ally has been interested in nature and conservation since childhood, avidly hiking and trail running since she was about six years old. She is from Kent, Washington and frequently hikes and runs at Mount Rainier National Park, Olympic National Park, the North Cascades, and eastern Washington. Her other interests and hobbies include nature photography, Muay Thai kickboxing, Japanese jiujutsu, and hanging out with her cats- Hermione and Arwen.

As an intern at Felidae Conservation Fund, Ally is helping in the office and will work in the field later in the summer. Come by the Felidae office and say hi to Ally. We are thrilled to have her with us for the summer.
